PARTNERSHIPS
Partnerships
At Acts of Grace Project, we partner with organizations and community groups to integrate women’s lived experiences into how systems, policies, and programs are designed, communicated, and delivered.
Grounded in Natalie Leon’s 20 years of experience in communications and public engagement, along with lived experience navigating systems as a woman and mother, Acts of Grace Project bridges storytelling and systems change—helping organizations and decision-makers better understand and respond to the realities of women, mothers, and families.
What We Do in Partnership
Storytelling & Insight Gathering
We collect and elevate women's lived experiences through interviews and community storytelling to identify recurring themes, uncover barriers, and surface opportunities for improvement across healthcare, childcare, housing, economic opportunity, and community support systems.
Community Engagement & Action Design
We facilitate listening sessions and community conversations that help women, organizations, and community partners identify shared experiences, explore root causes, and translate insights into opportunities for program and policy improvement.
Systems Learning & Program Improvement
We help partners use storytelling insights and community-informed findings to strengthen or redesign programs, services, engagement strategies, and systems of care so they better reflect the needs of women and families.
Our Approach
We believe meaningful change begins by centering women’s lived experiences through intentional storytelling and deep listening.
We help organizations move from awareness → insight → action by connecting women's lived experiences to program, policy, and systems improvement.
Outcomes
When women’s experiences are integrated into programs and policies:
Services become more responsive and relevant.
Communication becomes more human-centered and trusted.
Programs and policies better reflect community needs.
Systems of care become more accessible and effective.
Community voices become more visible in decision-making.

NAT-PR, INC.
During the 2009 economic crisis, Natalie launched NAT-PR, INC., a boutique public relations and events management firm offering affordable services to small businesses. One of her signature achievements was Get Connected, an event that brought together over 500 South Florida professionals to build meaningful relationships. In 2011, she was recognized as Publicist/PR Executive of the Year by BizBash.
WINE WITH NAT & Women who wine
In 2015, Natalie recognized an opportunity as women became the dominant force in the wine industry. She launched her personal brand, Wine With Nat, and Women Who Wine, a community where women could build meaningful connections and conversations over wine. The community quickly grew, earning features on CBS Miami and honors including Miami Women Who Rock 2016 and Best Local Blogger 2016 by South Florida Bloggers.
Senior ADULT LIVING
In 2019, after experiencing significant life changes, Natalie served as a program director supporting seniors during the pandemic. This period became a profound awakening, giving her deep insight into the later stages of life and inspiring her commitment to serve vulnerable populations. She views this season as part of her divine path into public service, shaping her dedication to compassionate leadership, meaningful community engagement, and programs that honor and support people of all ages with dignity.
Public Service
In 2022, Natalie began her journey in public service with Miami-Dade County, leading communications and marketing efforts first with the Community Services Department and then with Housing. In this role, she collaborated closely with the Office of the Mayor, partner agencies, and community stakeholders to develop communications and marketing strategies, outreach and engagement efforts for key department initiatives, events, media relations, thoughtful technology integration, and special projects—all focused on strengthening programs and services that positively impact the Miami-Dade community.
Throughout this experience, she remained anchored in her truth, guided by compassion and a deep commitment to her craft and community, even while navigating complex systems.
This journey deepened her dedication to creating more equitable, supportive, and women-centered work environments.
