OUR MISSION
Acts of Grace Project is amplifying how women are seen, heard, and supported across healthcare, workplaces, families, and society. Through storytelling, partnerships, and community projects, we center women and advocate for systems that provide more meaningful support.
OUR STORY
Founded by Natalie Leon, Acts of Grace Project was born from a life shaped by perseverance, purpose, and the profound transformation of becoming a mother.
In 2021, Natalie welcomed her daughter, Grace, during the pandemic and experienced firsthand the lack of wraparound support across systems and society. During this period, she transitioned into public service, where she worked more closely with community-centered services and both witnessed and experienced the disconnect in wraparound support across healthcare, childcare, workplaces, and family systems.
Motherhood and working in public service deepened her awareness of these systemic gaps and strengthened her desire to do more. Acts of Grace Project has emerged as a platform to uplift women and mothers and to help reshape the narratives and systems that support them—one act of grace at a time.
WHAT WE DO

Through interviews and storytelling, Acts of Grace Project amplifies the voices of women from all walks of life, creating space for their experiences to be seen, heard, and understood.
Community Projects
Acts of Grace Project supports and develops community-based initiatives that uplift women and strengthen the spaces they influence—in healthcare, workplaces, families, and society.
Why Acts of Grace Project
We center women in the systems, stories, and spaces that shape everyday life—so their voices, experiences, and needs are reflected in how decisions are made.
We partner with organizations and leaders to design women-centered strategies, communications, and initiatives that create meaningful, lasting impact.
Through storytelling and advocacy, we elevate women’s lived experiences and help shape systems that are more responsive, equitable, and human-centered.
