On April 27th, the Women Who Wine community gathered at the breathtaking venue, The Loft 305 for the first "Uncorked Conversations" event. The intimate food and wine pairing with real conversations was memorable. 

Mia Anzola Manrique cooked a delicious family-style dinner, which was paired with ZONIN 1821 Prosecco and wines:

Hors d'oeuvre:

Balsamic Strawberry & Parma Ham Crostinis paired with Zonin Prosecco

Appetizer:

Spring Salad with Grilled Shrimps and Italian Herbs Dressing paired with Piattelli Torrontes 2014

Main course:

Lasagna Bolognese paired with Altemura Sasseo 2014

Dessert:

Ricotta Donuts with Chocolate Ganache paired with Ognigiorno Lambrusco dell’Emilia
